这对情侣、拉比 (犹太人对于老师的敬称)、婚礼策划人、摄影师、双方父母跟祖父母、还有所有的伴郎伴娘都搭上了同一部到婚礼现场的电梯。

The couple, rabbi, wedding planner, photographers, parents of the bride and groom, grandparents, and all bridesmaids and groomsmen filed into an elevator en route to the ceremony, which was to continue in the park across the street.

但接下来意想不到的事发生了 — 电梯突然静止不动了。

Then the unexpected happened — the elevator stopped moving.

其中一个叫做蕾贝卡法兰克的伴娘表示：「摄影师帮新郎新娘跟他们的家人拍了很多超美的婚纱照。他们在照片里看起来很自然又很放松。我不知道他们怎么办到的！」

"The photographers got a bunch of amazing shots of the bride and groom and family looking totally calm and relaxed, which they were," said Rebecca Frank, a bridesmaid at the wedding. "I don't know how they kept composure!"

电梯故障了25分钟，可是大家都玩得很开心而且纷纷用了标签#copestein 来纪念这段回忆。

The elevator was stuck for about 25 minutes total, but everyone just had fun and contributed their own memories using the hashtag #copestein.

消防队最后终于赶来把大家救出电梯并照下了几张与众不同的照片。

Eventually, the fire department arrived and lifted everyone out, making for some truly unique photos.

法兰克说：「这件事完全没有对这场美丽、感人、甜蜜又好玩的婚礼造成任何影响。」

"You can see that this did NOT get in the way of a beautiful, emotional, sweet, and FUN wedding," Frank told BuzzFeed.
